Skilled nursing involves the use of nursing process to ensure that patients receive the right kind and amount of care to achieve health and wellness. Included in the nursing process are performing accurate assessment and diagnosis, planning, carrying out interventions and performing evaluations. Our skilled nurses are competent to perform these tasks to effectively help facilitate measures that will contribute to our patients’ recovery.
